Artober 2025

Artober, 2025 is a series of 31 analog collage works created over the course of October 2025 as part of the annual Artober challenge, a global initiative in which artists create and share one artwork each day throughout the month. While I had participated in previous years, 2025 marked the first time I completed the challenge in its entirety.

Created on 4 × 5 inch paper, these collages draw from found imagery and a color palette inspired by autumn. Reflecting on the season as a time of transition, this series explores themes of transformation, impermanence, and the beauty found in endings. Each work incorporates found text and blackout poetry, offering brief reflections drawn from life lessons on growth, change, and renewal.
